The views from the rooftop bar were truly stunning, perfect for evening relaxation. Additionally, I appreciated the personalized service from the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The hotel location on a hill, while picturesque, made for a strenuous walk back after exploring the area.

It was just a proper fit for a short stint in San Sebastian with high value for money. The staff member Pol was the only one who genuinely apologized for the issues we faced. Avoid rooms with terraces, as they offered no view and just a wall instead.

our stay at catalonia was fantastic! The staff were incredibly supportive when my husband fell ill. they truly went above and beyond. the double room with a sea view was lovely, and the buffet breakfast was simply fabulous. it’s just a short walk to the city center, making it super convenient.

I had a great overnight stay after visiting the old town in san sebastian. The room was spacious with a fine view of the sea. The breakfast was a standout, offering fresh pastries and a variety of local jams.

wifi was inconsistent during my stay.

The breakfast spread was pure gold, showcasing fresh French pastries that left me wanting more. Plus, the rooftop pool was a sweet chill spot (if only it had been open! ).

Service felt like a wild goose chase with staff passing the buck on our AC issue. Also, umbrella management was a comedy of errors on a rainy day—15 for 120 rooms? Really?

Room 423 was awesome! Bigger and brighter than the first room. The air conditioning worked great, and it had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and private bathroom with nice toiletries. Spa facilities like the outdoor pool looked amazing but weren't used. Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and organic juices. Super convenient access to the old town, too!

The room was pretty spacious with a large bed that felt really comfortable. The shower was nice and refreshing, no issues there. It had modern decor that gave off a nice vibe. Just a short walk to the main street, so the location was great for heading out. Only downside was the extra fees for parking and bringing the dog, but that was communicated upfront, so no biggie.
